Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and propellers, to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our designated electronics inspection facility using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's flight logs and physical condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
